I bought a new phone. As i am trying to sync my Icloud in it, the ID verification code will not work.

Once i input the code on the new phone, it loads forever, enabling me to set up my phone.


What should i do?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.
