apple music says for some songs off of albums that they are not available in my region! on the iphone btw! anyone have a fix?

There is no fix until the music is licensed for your region.

Your Apple Music subscription is regional, by being linked to your Apple ID and its billing address.
The Apple Music catalog has regional differences.
It is up to the artists and their representation to say in which regions their content will be available.
