Password to what account? Did you forget the passcode for opening the phone? If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Did you forget your Apple ID password for Activation Lock? If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
