iPhone XS Max signal drop

Ive been having trouble with my IPhone XS Max On t mobile for the past few months losing signal. The signal will just drop randomly then come back in a few seconds. Some days it will be working fine but other days the signal might drop a couple of times in a minute or so even droppings calls. I have a clear case on it but it drops the signal even when the case isn’t on. I already reset the network settings and reinserted the SIM card. SIM card doesn’t look damaged and I don’t really wanna reset my whole phone if it’s not gonna fix the issue.

Does it show no service/searching or does it show any alerts?

There are a couple of additional steps in If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Hope that helps!
