From my debit automatically deduct 1527rupees n i want to delete my card details from my phne n i want money refund because i did not purchase anything from i tunes

To remove card details from an account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
In terms of a refund purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
