While looking at the preferences of iTunes on my Mac, I accidentally disabled iCloud Music Library, resulting in all of my songs being erased. After going back and turning it on, I hit Ok and nothing came back and the box was still unchecked. How do I fix this?

When it says at the end to go to File>Library>Update iCloud Music Library, that button just isn't there
Do you currently subscribe to Apple Music? Are you signed in to iCloud on your Mac?
Yes I subscribe to Apple Music and yes I am signed into iCloud
Also nothing is loading up in the iTunes app. It just has the Apple Music logo on the screen
