is there any way I can use cellular service in same model In india

You can NOT buy an apple Watch in the US and use it on a cellular network in India. Buy one IN INDIA.
The cellular version of the Apple Watch is region specific. It will not work in India.

You can only use the GPS part of your Watch.
US Cellular is not compatible for use in India.
