Please, I bought an iPhone not knowing is on iCloud, I returned it to where I bought but the can't accept it back and they can't also unlock it. I don't know the iCloud ID so I will really like to know if it will be possible for you guys to contact the original owner.

Apple can't/won't contact the original owner due to privacy laws and concerns. The phone is useless.
