how to unlock icloud
i bought an iphone, the screen is showing up activation whatever and i cannot contact the owner nor can the person i bought the phone from what can i do to get it restarted ?

Nothing.
Activation Lock cannot be bypassed. Its an anti-theft mechanism. Apple will only help you if you have the proof of purchase / receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller.
If possible return the iPhone to wherever you bought it as unusable and demand a refund.
Also note, that any websites that claim to remove activation lock for fee are lying and will just take your moeny and not devlier any results either.
