Sound for calls

I cannot hear anyone nor can anyone hear me on a call. Even when I record a video the sound is not getting recorded . However I can listen to music and videos

If you get no help, have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP: Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
