How do I change the default application Adobe Reader to Preview?
I like Preview's ability to edit pdf's. I don not with to you Adobe as the default to open .pdf documents.

Right-click on any PDF, and press option+command+i. In this inspector panel, look for the Open With section and change the application from Adobe to Preview. Then click-through the Change All… button. Afterward, PDF will open in Preview.

Choose any PDF file and "Get Info" (command-i). In the "Open With" pane choose "Preview" then click on "Change All".
The secret in your answer was the "right-click". It would not work for me by just choosing command-i. Many Thanks.
