Mac App Cleaner

Hi,

It seems that deleting the .app file is not enough to cleanly completely uninstall an app. Is there a good Mac app uninstaller that could uninstall cleanly apps ?

No, don't use any so-called uninstallers. Either use the developer's instructions for uninstall or delete it from your Applications folder. The only files left behind are usually preferences which don't matter and won't take up much space.
