How can I make Safari font larger? Please don’t tell me about going to Accessibility settings. They do not affect SAFARI font.

Touch the screen with your finger and thumb together and then spread them apart. Use one finger to move the screen as desired. To reverse back to 'normal', spread your thumb and finger apart, touch the screen, and then bring them together.
Sorry, that this did not help you. I do understand you are looking for a ready to use fix, which would be better, I agree. The only other thing I can think of is you trying some other browsers, like Chrome or Dolphin, but I have not tested whether these offer a better font size.
You can download the browsers in the App Store if you want to give them a chance.
