How to stretch the screen back to full size

You may have Reachability enabled. If the screen image has moved half way down so you can reach the icons on the top of the screen just press HOME or tap on the top half of the screen. If you mean something else please explain.

What do you mean by stretch it back to full size? Can you post a screen shot of it so we may know what you are seeing.
