iCloud help?

I had photos on my phone. Everything should’ve been backed up. I had got logged out of my iCloud so i logged back on and all my photos were gone.

Any way i can access those photos?

Syncing and backing up to icloud are 2 different things. Based of your description it sounds like you were syncing to icloud.
