Password settings for App Store are in unobtainable location

I had restrictions on before the iOS 12 update and afterwards the restrictions were merged with the new screen time feature. Now when I try to change the password settings for the app store it tells me to go to the restrictions section of settings, which no longer exists. I have searched in the content restrictions of screen time but have not found any app store password settings.

See if you can turn the Screen TIme restrictions off, change the App Store, and then turn on the restrictions as desired. From the article below.

To change or turn off the passcode on your child's device, tap Settings > Screen Time > [your child's name]. Then tap Change Screen Time Passcode or Turn Off Screen Time Passcode, and authenticate the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Parental controls

If that doesn't work, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Do a backup and try a factory reset.
