Remove balance please.

I want to change my region but i have to spend my balance first, i have 0.24$ Balance, so i hope you remove it from my account, thanks 🙏🏻.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
