I have family share with my wife and son. My son is set up as an adult and would like to change it to a kid with restrictions. It doesn't allow me to do that. Do I need to take him off and then reload him?
What 'restrictions' are you referring to ? If you mean 'ask to buy' that can only be enabled on under-18s (age might vary by country).
