no button to cancel a subscription

I subscribed to a subscription trial period of 7 days. but from the first day of the trial subscription I tried to unsubscribe, did everything according to the instructions, however, in the subscription I needed, for reasons unknown to me, there was no button to cancel the subscription, that is, I actually could not unsubscribe from the application, since there was no unsubscribe button. Then I read the information on the official website of the following content: If the parameter for canceling a subscription is not displayed, it means it has already been canceled and will not be renewed.

But today my money was withdrawn from my account ($ 30). I tried to write through the purchase history section about the problem and that I was not guilty, that I could not unsubscribe and that I didn’t even use the application. But I got the answer as follows: We have determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund. What can I do?

я подписалась на подписку пробный период 7 дней. но с первого же дня пробной подписки пыталась отписаться, делала все по инструкции, однако, в нужной мне подписке по неизвестным мне причинам не было кнопки для отмены подписки, то есть фактически я не могла отписаться от приложения, так как кнопки отписаться не было. Тогда я прочла информацию на официальном сайте эпл следующего содержания : Если параметр для отмены какой-либо подписки не отображается, значит она уже отменена и не будет продлеваться.

Но сегодня с моего счета сняли деньги (30$). Я пыталась через раздел история покупок написать о проблеме и о том что я не виновата, что не смогла отписаться и что приложением я даже не пользуюсь. Но у меня вышел ответ следующего содержания:

Мы определили, что ваша покупка не соответствует условиям возврата .
