MacBook Air 2017 Purchase Date Invalid

Hello Everyone,

I just bought a new MacBook Air 2017 online , when I try to check my service and support coverage I got a message " Purchase Date not Validated ". Is there anyway that I can check my MacBook purchase date?

If it's coming up like that it will require a call into Apple support. If you bought it from an Apple Authorized Reseller or Retailer with that receipt Apple can take care of your purchase date to make sure your warranty coverage registers properly.

You can try putting your serial number here:

http://checkcoverage.apple.com

But I suspect that won't work properly either until you get it straightened out with Apple. (it's worth a quick check though)
