I have money in my Apple ID account how do I use it and where?

You can use your iTunes account's to buy things from the App Store (including in-app purchases), iTunes, Bookstore, and Mac App Store. Just click/tap on the price button of what you want to buy, how they are paid-for is automatic (the balance should be used first)
