Received a phishing email but accidently clicked link...

I just received a phishing email saying that my Apple ID was used to sign in to iCloud via a web browser and that my Apple ID had been locked. By the time I realized it was a scam email I had already clicked the link but it gave me a Deceptive Website Warning and blocked me from continuing further (no personal information was entered). I opened it from my iPhone at first so I'm concerned whether I need to worry that I clicked on the link in the first place. Thank you!
