Canceled subscription refund issue

Hi! On June 1st I uploaded an app called “Better Me”, where the service gave me an option to subscribe the program for free for a week, but then 106€ per year. I agreed with the terms, but then I deleted the app and though, that I canceled the subscription. Nevertheless not, so I have to pay 106€, that I don’t want, because after the upload I haven’t used the app at all. So, can I get my money back? Thank you.

Deleting an app doesn't stop a subscription, it only deletes the app. To stop the subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
