Apple doesn't replace the screen on iPads. Instead they offer out of warranty replacements. The pricing depends on whether you purchased AppleCare+ at the time of purchase. If you did, the replacement cost will be $49. If you didn't, the cost will be $499, per the pricing in this link: iPad Screen Damage - Official Apple Support
