View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If so:

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

1. 1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
   2. Close Settings.
   3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
   4. Turn on “Show Apple Music

 If they still don’t load:

1. in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign out- then sign back  in - you will need to turn iCloud music library back on again.

I'm sorry to hear that all your music has disappeared on your iPhone. To start troubleshooting why this happened could you tell me is the music from Apple Music or did you import songs from your computer?
