Payment methods

I’m trying to remove the primary card as it is now deactivated, and replace it with my new card. But it won’t let me do either it keeps telling me head of family sharing has to have one payment option. But it won’t let me add my new one either Also it says shelbeys phone but my wife got a new one so I’m using hers now. Not sure how to switch everything.

For the credit card problem, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
