MacBook Pro 2017 one usb-c port stopped working

Hi,

One out of four USB-C ports stopped working, not charging and no data flow.

Have been looking the forums, but could not find similar case.

Any recommendation to fix by my own or it is service case?

BR,

Jako

Hi,

Run Apple Diagnostics and see if it reports error code.

If it reports error code NDD001, There may be an issue with the USB hardware.

You'd better make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple authorized service provider to check it up.
