Safari can’t open a website

 Safari – slow page loads

Safari - Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues

Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing

Web Content not responding

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Hi,

I tried all the above and nothing works. I am not in safe mode (checked via your directions) I cleared all cookies and cache, rebooted computer, etc. It only happens with one website: Amazon. It doesn't matter if I am signed onto my amazon account or not it just wont load the whole page and I get the spinning "beachball" forever. I eventually get error message telling me to re-load the page. This doesn't not happen with Chrome. I ONLY use safari and never had this problem before. I have MacOS Mojave version 10.14.5 and am up to date. any ideas why this would suddenly happen out of the blue? I hate having to keep switching to Chrome when I want to use this one website. Thank you!
