When my phone is off, I have to reconnect to WiFi at home. But when I get to the parking lot at work, it connects immediately as it does at a friend’s home. Sometimes I have to go to work to download things, or go online to pay bills, etc. Pictures download very slowly or not at all when I’m using WiFi at home. What do I need to do?
