Apple ID , ICloud , AppStore

so, I want to download my apps even though I still put my Apple ID but this old Apple ID Account comes up to when I try to download a app that’s was already on my phone( in- app) I forgot what’s it’s called but what’s should I do? I don’t know the password to the old Apple ID .. the only password I know is the one I’m currently signed into now.. but Apple need your HELP to fix this problem, you was my first to go to

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
