Find my phone

I can see my device listed on my icloud account but when using find my phone it says, no devices ?

iCloud.com shows devices that are signed into iCloud.

Find My iPhone requires that Find My iPhone was enabled on the device before it was lost. That is done on the device in Settings > [username] > iCloud > Find My iPhone.
