Download apps
Just purchased a new iPad and can’t download apps from the App Store. The icon just spins.

Things to check:
- make sure you have a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank, associated with your Apple ID
- make sure you are connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi
- make sure you are accessing your local App Store in your country
- make suer there's no restriction set on your iPad
