Hi! I'd like to know whether it is possible to make wi-fi calls with an Apple Watch GPS, using my iPhone in the hotspot mode. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your help! Unfortunately I still do not understand whether a GPS+Cellular Apple Watch device only can make calls or a GPS device can make wi-fi calls.
