locked iPad
my daughter accidentally enter her wrong passcode too many times and her iPad is disabled. Looking for any suggestions to unlock it without restoring it

There are NO options except to restore the iPad, sorry.
Follow the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Note: If your daughter has not been backing up the iPad the data will be lost and you cannot restore from backup as the passcode requirement is stored on the device, hence restoring a backup will put you right back where you are.
