My App Store deleted

My App Store deleted and I have tried everything the internet has told me to do. I am also having trouble contacting support from Apple to solve my issue.

The App Store app isn't one of the apps that should be able to be deleted. The most common reason for it not being visible is if a restriction has been set on purchasing. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
