My emails go to junk

Anything I send from my email to my wife's email goes to her junk. Can't figure out how to fix this.

Are you using Apple Mail? This instruction sheet will tell you more about using it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201320


Additionally, this instruction sheet on filtering spam thru iCloud might be interesting, as well: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202315


Personally, when it happens to me, using Apple Mail, I open the flag to mark the email as “Not Junk”. Usually, that takes care of the problem.
