Apple iPhone Payment
If I want to pay monthly on a iPhone how do I get the bill to be sent to my Verizon phone bill instead of an apple bill that automatically takes it out ?

You can't if you want to buy it directly from Apple.
Verizon has their own payment plans. Contact Verizon.
