Apple Music subscription content is protected against unauthorized use, e.g. sharing audio files. Apple Music subscription content for offline use has to be downloaded to each associated device from Apple’s servers (to check the subscription). Apple Music content is supported exclusively on devices that are registered with an Apple Music subscription.

If you want to use music tracks in a broader sense, then you can purchase music content in the iTunes Store.
