Deleting apps

I can’t delete my apps from my iPhone. When I click on the app it “jiggles” but there’s no “x”.

That usually means that a restriction has been placed on deleting apps. See the "Prevent iTunes and App Store purchases" section of: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
