Unable to connect blue tooth

My watch keep on searching the devices though devices are on and near by. I have earlier connect two devices and removed them from the watch.

It appears they are wireless ear buds. You will have to check the directions for the device to put them into discovery/pairing mode. There should be directions when you purchased them, or you can check the manufacturer website. Once you have put them into discovery/pairing mode, then check the Watch Bluetooth settings, and you should be able to see and connect the devices.
