My Account Has Been Disabled

When I try to update my apps I get an error message that says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I changed my password already and signed off of my phone but neither helped.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
