Black screen dilemma

I have iPhone XR and my screen went black and won’t turn back on any one have this problem and how did you fix it?

You can try to go in blind and attempt a forced reset. Press the volume up button and release it, then press the volume down

button and release it then hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (if no screen, hold at least 10-15 seconds) then let go of the button.


If that doesn't work your phone should still be in warranty, Contact Support and arrange service.
