Won’t connect

I have tried both ways of trying to connect a watch to my phone, with the manual way it doesn’t even give me the 6 digit code to pair it with...


I also deleted the watch app and reinstalled it to see if it would work but it didn’t


And yes, I tried turning it on and off


anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Is this a brand new watch, or is it 2nd hand?
