Stolen ipad

I basically had my iPad stolen the day I got it I didn’t register it in find my phone and it shows in my Apple ID but says I’m not signed into any devices is there anything I can do

In terms of trying and locate it no, not if you didn't have Find iPad enabled on it. If it was a cellular model you've contacted the carrier ? And contacted the police ? As a precaution you should change any passwords (e.g. email accounts, passwords stored in notes etc.) stored on it.
