 Hello Apple customer support team. I write you about program Instories: Insta story maker. I tested the program on a paid subscription in the free period. Since it does not suit me, after few I will click the button to cancel a paid subscription. But on July 18, my credit card was charged for the purchase of a paid subscription. Very strange why this happened. I remember exactly what I was doing canceling a paid subscription during the test period. I would like to request a refund because this program does not suit me and I do not want to use it. thanks

Did you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date ? If you did, contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
