My iphone just got stolen, so I imediatly deleted the device from my account.
Now I have a new iphone, but I need my contacts, apps, photos from the old one. Can you please help me on this? It is a business phone so it is really important...

Have you got a recent backup of the stolen phone that you can restore to : Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support ?
If not, to redownload your apps : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
For contacts where were they stored ? If on an email account add that account to the Mail app (Settings > Password & Accounts) and enable contacts on it.
