Camera doesn't exist

I have had trouble with my built in camera since I done the last mac os update. My camera just doesn't exist with any app that I try to use! whether its FaceTime or even trying a website and allowing it to access my camera. I have tried steps about resetting and restoring my MacBook Pro but this has not solved this issue. its like the hardware just doesn't exist anymore.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
