I receive the maps direction on the phone, however NO audio instructions

When in my vehicle using blue tooth and using the maps app, I receive the maps direction on the phone, however NO audio instructions.

Check your settings in Settings --> Maps -- > Driving & Navigation. There's a setting called "Navigation Voice Volume". Make sure it's enabled.
