I have an issue of Bluetooth connection after updating software iOS 12.4. Anyone has an Issue of Bluetooth connection to other iOS devices using iPhone 7 plus?

An iPhone can not connect to another iDevice by Bluetooth pairing. What are you hoping to accomplish?
