İtunes bills

on monthly basis some amount are subtracted from my account under the name itunes.com/bill itunes.com irl

monthly 3 or 4 deductions and I have no idea why and no idea of the details, could you please help me with this?

Look at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card (and check iCloud storage) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
